At SPS/IPC Nuremberg 2007 Control Techniques will be revealing their brand new drives range, Digitax ST

At SPS/IPC Nuremberg 2007, the market leader in intelligent drives, Control Techniques will be revealing their brand new drives range, Digitax ST; a range of servo-drives with unprecedented connectivity, feedback options, intelligence and functionality.  The Digitax ST range encompasses four models, each with industry-leading features.

The Unidrive SP range of high performance drives will be also be a main attraction on the stand with large Free Standing cubicle drives, modular input and output power units plus panel mounted drives.  New product developments include the launch of a real-time Ethernet module, SM-EtherCAT is for use with Control Techniques’ full range of AC and servo drives from 0.37 kW simple conveyor or pump control, through high precision servo applications to high power 1.9 MW multi-mode drives.

The most powerful easy drive in the world the Commander SK, available from 0.25 kW up to 132 kW will also be showcased.  Commander SK requires up to half the foot print space and volume compared with other drives of the same power rating.  It’s simple and compact, yet with performance characteristics that exceed customer expectations for a general purpose drive.
